At the beginning a couple of photos of my city
:

As You can see I do not have set 6399 Airport shuttle which is a background of the site :(

A few of my latest constructions:

I) 'Diesel' engine

Here, not yet finished. In the pictures you can see a drive bogie not yet connected to any cable. It means that lights will not be powered "from rails" but undependently.
In the chassis a black
9V battery box is visible, a bit covered with gray stairs. From it the lights will be powered. There is also an imitation of 12-cylinder engine :D Let's say that it is a two-stroke diesel :p Considering lights, of course all will light (3 in fornt and 3 from behind)...

And here finished:

And the inspiration was this set (mainly engine from it):  4564

II) Articulated bus - lego ciy
My another attempt of building a model of 18-meter-long city bus. Previous version had a joint taken from set 6581(what gave a zero sway angle) and was less bus-style resembling. Here is a bulb articulation, the same as in lego system trailers. This solution gives a really big sway angle. I also made a "swinging" third axle (the same solution as in trailer from 6594) like in the previous version of my bus (unfortunately I don't have its pictures).

III) A station to investigate automated gearbox with pneumatic steering. (please do not pay attention to the background :p)

Really it is a 2-gear gearbox (traditionally Lego - with a use of claw clutch) with reduction gear added in series, what gives 4 combinations altogether (2 gears and two positions of reduction gear - reduced gear and non-reduced). Only reduction gear is automated, 1st gear/2nd gear - put manually. Depending on load a gear can be reduced or go back to non-reduced position. Pneumatic cylinder is an executive element. All stuff is powered with two engines, which torque and speed sum up in a differential gear.

 RC diesel locomotive

Another diesel made by me. Why RC? Because I wanted to use it as a shunter (although it doesn't look like a shunter) to switch cars between two independent 9V rail circuits. Moreover, to make Co-Co locomotive I had to use independent wheels, ie. the ones from RC train. What is more, in order to make independent, for all wheel sets, suspension I also had to use
55423 wheels. Thus, I have been forced to make an individual mechanical drive using 87577c01 motor mounted in the body.
 Any inspirations? Indeed.

In the suspension I used
2605c01 springs.
In the Internet I haven't found another "sprung" locomotive so this is probably the first one :)

And now some busses:

Mercedes CapaCity for the first time in Warsaw. Wilson square - E-4 route.
19,54 m length, 4 axles... Who's going to build it from Lego in the scale of 1:12?? Alternatively it may be MAN Lion's City GXL - 20,45 m length :)

Polish Solaris Vacanza in Brussels.

Coach (Solaris Vacanza) for blood uptake in front of Main Building of Warsaw University of Technology.

Solaris U15 LE (these creme-coloured ones with blue-red stripes) - version for Norway.  SB&C
